A Note on Hygiene & Safety

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all lingerie, sleepwear, loungewear, and nightdresses are final sale.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Incorrect size selection
  3. Minor variations in color (due to screen settings)
  4. Items that have been worn, washed, or have had tags removed
  5. We strongly encourage you to review our size charts carefully before placing your order.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand by our quality. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will make it right.

Please follow this process:

  1. Inspect Your Order: Please check your items as soon as you receive them.
  2. Contact Us Immediately: You must contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Your Order Number
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Clear photos and/or a video showing the defect, damage, or the incorrect item.

 

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your email and proof, our team will review the issue. Please do not send any items back to us unless we instruct you to do so.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a solution, which may be a replacement, a store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.
